To kick off the new school year, Adyan Foundation has organized a capacity-building training for 50 old and new educators of Alwan Program from various Lebanese private and public schools at the Garden Hotel – Broumana from 14 to 17 September 2017.
For 4 days, the training addressed the topics of religious diversity, partnership, and community service through many theoretical and applied sessions. The trainees received around 4000 copies of the 2017 Alwan magazine, which summarizes last year’s program activities and displays the most prominent achievements in the last 10 years.
Alwan program continues with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Lebanon and in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon.
