Prominent figure in the field of dialogue, poetry, education and al-Tawhid (Unitarianism). Published several books, pieces of research, and collections of poems. Born in Chanay (Mount Lebanon) in 1957. Holds a graduate degree in Arabic language and literature (1980), a master’s degree in Christian-Muslim relations (2011), and a PhD in religious sciences from USJ (2015). Secretary-General of the Tawhidist Irfan Association, head of the cultural committee of the Confessional Council of the Unitarian Druze Community in Lebanon, founding member of the Association of educational institutions and member of several teams and dialogue forums on religions and cultures. Honored several times, the last one being when he received a special distinction from Adyan Foundation on 22/10/2016, was made an honorary member of the Foundation and was given the title of “the Poet of Spiritual Solidarity”.
