Adyan’s Vigilance Against Harassment, Fraud, and Corruption

Adyan is firmly committed to upholding human dignity and promoting solidarity among individuals and communities. We believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where every member feels valued and protected. This page serves as a platform to report incidents of harassment, fraud, or corruption, reaffirming our steadfast commitment to fostering a community that is void of such misconduct.

 

Our Commitment:

At Adyan, we prioritize the well-being of our community members and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, fraud, and corruption. We are dedicated to taking decisive actions against any form of misconduct, providing support to those affected, and raising awareness to prevent future incidents. By fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusivity, we strive to ensure that Adyan remains a safe space for all.

 

Reporting Incidents:

We encourage you to speak up if you have witnessed or experienced any form of harassment, fraud, or corruption within Adyan’s community, whether it’s committed by a manager, co-worker, vendor, visitor, or client. Your voice matters, and we are here to support you. As outlined in our Code of Conduct, members, employees, consultants, or partners should report incidents as soon as possible after the occurrence.

If you believe you have witnessed or experienced harassment, fraud, or corruption, please promptly notify your immediate supervisor or CEO. You can also directly contact our designated “Vigilance Officer,” appointed by the Foundation’s board, through email at vigilance@adyanfoundation.org . The Vigilance Officer, who is not part of the working team, is dedicated to handling reports of misconduct and ensuring a fair and impartial investigation.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:

Adyan takes claims of harassment, fraud, or corruption seriously, regardless of how trivial a claim may appear. We assure you that all complaints and related information will be handled with strict confidentiality, except for those individuals who need the information to investigate or take action in response to the complaint.

We strictly prohibit retaliation against any member, employee, consultant, or partner who files or pursues a harassment, fraud, or corruption claim. We are committed to creating an environment where individuals feel safe and supported when coming forward with concerns.

Investigation and Accountability:

All complaints of harassment, fraud, corruption, or other inappropriate conduct will be promptly, thoroughly, and impartially investigated. We expect all employees, consultants, collaborators, or community members to fully cooperate with any ongoing investigation. Adyan is dedicated to upholding justice and fostering accountability, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
