ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Phase 2 project is implemented by the Development and International Relations Department at Adyan Foundation and runs from April 2020 – December 2021. The project builds on the earlier MEAL project that was implemented in 2019 and early 2020. Both projects are run in partnership with the project donor Act Church of Sweden.

The MEAL Phase 2 project will enhance Adyan’s capacity to incorporate multiple qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools within its projects, in order to enhance assessment, understanding, and learning about the impact of Adyan’s projects. The project also involves building a network of Lebanese NGOs with an interest in sharing knowledge and best practices on M&E. Under MEAL Phase 2, capacity building will be given to this network, including sharing of experiences by the Adyan team.
