This project targets 14 municipalities/ Communities across Lebanon from various social and cultural Backgrounds. 64 Adyan Youth Mock Parliamentarians will outreach young men and women in 14 municipalities to participate in the program. To encourage young people to participate in the next municipal election, they must be provided with accurate information on the role of municipalities and their laws.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
In Lebanon, the municipal sector is subject to confusion, and devaluation while municipalities have a direct impact on the youth’s daily lives by offering local services.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1: Increasing young people’s interest in acting as agents of “constructive change” in political life, especially in the upcoming municipal elections.
Objective 2: Capacitate young people to confront diversity and reduce the imaginary perception of others to better take part in the political and municipal life.
Objective 3: Raising awareness on the role of municipalities and responsible voting in the upcoming May municipal elections.
