The Institute of Citizenship and Diversity Management at Adyan Foundation in partnership with Dar Al-Farabi published the book “Islam and Other Religions in the Face of Extremism” as part of the book series “Religions and Public Affairs”, on 12 December at Beirut International Arab Book fair in Biel.
The book contains documents representing major religious institutions, including Al-Azhar Declaration on Citizenship and Coexistence, the Global Declaration against Extremism and Terrorism, the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, the Vienna Declaration, the Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani fatwa for fighting “Daesh”, and Adyan’s white paper for Interreligious Collaboration & Policy Making in Addressing Radicalization & Violent Extremism.
