Lebanon is currently facing a severe humanitarian crisis due to the escalation of war, which has displaced over 211,000 people. Many families, including women and children, have been forced to leave their homes and are now residing in temporary shelters that are under-resourced and ill-equipped to handle the increasing demand. These shelters lack sufficient food, water, hygiene supplies, and winterization materials as the cold season approaches. Vulnerable groups, especially children, are in critical need of protection, nutrition, and educational support.
Adyan Foundation’s response is to address these immediate needs while fostering a spirit of unity and support among communities. By working closely with local leaders and educators, we aim to provide not only humanitarian relief but also educational initiatives that promote shared understanding and solidarity during this difficult time.
