Alwan Educator at St. Georges School, Hiba Ballout was awarded among the top 5 teachers in Lebanon on October 2nd and was nominated for the “Global Teacher Prize” for the best teacher in the world by Varkey Foundation.
Due to her creativity in implementing Alwan program, for Education on Living Together in the framework of Active and Inclusive Citizenship, Hiba was selected for this prize by the Ecumenical Popular Education Program (EPEP), in collaboration with Varkey Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon.
