The Institute of Citizenship and Diversity Management organized training on Active and Inclusive Citizenship for 18 Iraqi trainers from all Iraqi governorates, at Erbil International Hotel, Kurdistan, Iraq, from 4 to 6 July, as part of the Iraqi Trainers’ Project on Inclusive Citizenship, supported by “Secours Catholique”.
The training program included conceptual enhancement sessions on: Inclusive Citizenship, Interfaith Dialogue Management, Freedom of Religion and Belief, and Transitional Justice, in addition to sessions on Iraq’s religious and cultural diversity.
The institute certified the new trainers who have completed the necessary training and fulfilled the requirements of trainers’ certification.
